Immediately prior to founding Keystone Consulting Group, Inc. in 1991, he served as vice president and portfolio manager with RECOLL Mangement/Bank of New England in Boston, MA and previously held senior staff appraiser positions with Pardue, Heide, Church, Waller & Smith; Pierson/Doring; and Laventhol & Horwath, all in Tampa, FL.
Erik is a graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee and is a designated MAI member of the Appraisal Institute, as well a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors. He is also a licensed real estate broker and Certified General Appraiser in a number of states.
